Collum's Lumber utilizes four in-woods chippers and three in-woods grinders. This "in-woods" capability is a unique tool that few other timber buyers offer. In general we use the chippers for thinning and with the additional grinding capability can offer the landowner the ability to clean the decks after harvest, greatly increasing the aesthetics and utilization.
